What is Stott Pilates?


Stott Pilates is a comtemporized Pilates method which aims to gain strength from learning to work from the spines neutral position. Our Stott Pilates is musculo-skeletal programme that focuses on preserving and helping to restore postural alignment which ultimately helps to reduce, and in some cases, completely eliminate back and joint pain.


Props are sometimes used that can bring both additional challenges as well as an aid in your Mat practice, and is always sure to make workouts more fun and interesting!


Pilates as a practice will help you to improve your posture and regain your confidence on every level. Over time you'll not only strengthen the deep muscles of your core, but slowly we work to gain balance and strength throughout with a whole body approach.


For those with back ache, injuries, arthritis, or joint pain, our Stott Pilates programmes will help you gain back your energy due to corrective posture while helping to calm and reduce everyday stress levels.
