By participating in any classes offered by Oriana Falcone of Falcone Pilates you are acknowledging you aware that any type of physical activity, while usually safe, can cause injury at any time. You will receive information and instruction about Pilates, physical exercise, and health. You are fully aware that the class/routines requires physical exertion. You consent to being fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
It is inadvisable to do Pilates between weeks 8 to 14 of pregnancy, unless by special arrangement with your teacher. It is also wise to wait 6 weeks and to get clearance by your health practitioner before resuming exercise after birth. Oriana Falcone Pilates routines are not specifically tailored for pre or post-natal or specific conditions unless specified. Pilates exercises are very safe however, as with all forms of physical exercise, it is prudent to consult your doctor before starting sessions. It is recommended that you consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program and follow their safety recommendations.
These sessions are not a substitute for medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercises, you should refer back to your medical practitioner.
You teacher, Oriana Falcone, does not accept any liability for personal injury or damages related to participation in a session online via Zoom, in person or pre-recorded classes offered at www.falconepilates.com, YouTube, Instagram or any social media Channel. Exercise should be performed at a pace which feels comfortable for you and it is your responsibility to monitor your pace and any changes in your body during a class.
With this knowledge, you confirm that you are making a voluntary choice to participate and engage in a class/routine and accept all and any risk associated with your decision to do so.
You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in these Pilates or any other classes provided by Oriana Falcone. By participating virtually, in person or via our online content, you understand and agree that Oriana Falcone has no liability to you for any injury or loss you may suffer in connection with any Pilates session or services.
