However, private classes give an immeasurable and personalised approach offering you the chance to make more noticeably progress as-well-as being able to address any individual problem areas and help make them a thing of the past. * You will have the comfort and time to move at your own pace. Awaken and align your body with your own invigorating personalised Stott Pilates Programme. *Beginners: You'll learn and gain a firm understanding of the Stott Pilates Method by coming to understand all about the important 5 Principle techniques. If you're a beginner wishing to join one of our group classes, a few one-one's are ideal to catch you up and get you all set to join!
All Private classes require 24 hours notice to avoid incurring the full cost of the class missed. With more than 24 hours notice, time permitting, we will do our utmost to reschedual your appointment. Group class bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class once you have paid, you will have one week to reclaim your class or credit will be lost.
