* Do you already have Pilates experience?
Learn how to improve the performance of your body through One to One private Stott Pilates classes.
These private sessions provide a higher quality interaction between trainer and client giving you an opportunity to develop at your own pace. You'll improve body control, flexibility, strength, and posture along with learning stress control and much more.
* Beginners
You'll learn and gain a firm understanding of the Stott Pilates Method. You will come to understand all about the important 5 Principles techniques. These techniques are essential to knowing how to work out safely, how to control your body, and how best to get the most out of your workouts along with improving posture, joint strength, and flexibility.

Intermediate Group Stott Pilates Class with props!

If you're already a lover of Pilates you will love our Intermediate group classes.
Come alive and take your body strength to new heights with our exciting Props Pilates where we use balls, bands, and Foam Rollers.
Props can make Pilates more challenging and fun, as well as an aid.
This class will make you sweat and is taken a steady pace, but it will all be worth it when you can lie back afterwards with a peaceful 15-minute Meditation/ Relaxation recovery at the end of each class!
