​It is important that you read (and where helpful, save or print) the information below carefully before attending.

These policies are in place to ensure clarity, consistency, and the safety and smooth running of all sessions.

 

GROUP CLASSES (IN-PERSON)

​

All group class payments are non-refundable.

If a class is cancelled by the Instructor, members may be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative online class within a six-week period, subject to availability.

​

Late arrival:
For health and safety reasons, participants must arrive 5–10 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted once the class has begun, as participation in the warm-up is essential and to avoid disruption to the session.

 

ONLINE CLASSES

​

All online classes begin promptly at the advertised start time. Please ensure you are ready and logged in at least 5–10 minutes early.

​

Online sessions are locked at the start time and cannot be accessed once the class has begun.

If a class is cancelled by the Instructor, an alternative online session may be offered within a six-week period, subject to availability.

 

PRIVATE COACHING (1:1 SESSIONS)

​

All private coaching sessions are individually reserved and tailored. As such, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Where sufficient notice is given, your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

Clients wishing to discontinue private coaching are kindly asked to provide one month’s notice. Where possible, we also request a minimum of two weeks’ notice for holidays or planned absences.

If the Instructor needs to cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered at no additional cost, arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Sessions cannot be extended in the event of late arrival.

GENERAL ATTENDANCE POLICY (ALL SESSIONS)

​

The same attendance and punctuality expectations apply across all sessions.

​

For health, safety, and insurance reasons, punctual arrival is required for all classes and sessions.

​

We kindly ask all clients to respect these timings to ensure they receive the full benefit of their session and to maintain the smooth running of the studio.
