You'll learn and gain a firm understanding of the Stott Pilates Method by coming to understand all about the important 5 Principle techniques. These techniques are essential to knowing how to work out safely, how to control your body, and how best to get the most out of your workouts along with improving posture, joint strength, and flexibility, and more..
If you're a beginner wishing to join one of our group classes, a few one-one's are ideal to catch you up and get you all set to join!

Come alive and take your body strength to new heights with our exciting Pilates class online.

In these fusion classes we bring challenges by building upon a basic Pilates framework while integrating essential fascia movement along with the use of props.
This class will make you sweat but it will all be worth it when you can lie back afterwards with our peaceful 15-minute Meditation/ Relaxation recovery at the end of each class.
