Come alive as you take your body strength to new depths with our exciting Pilates class online.

In this class, we bring further challenges as we build upon the basic Stott Pilates framework while integrating movements that help to release tight fascia, which can build up over time with every day stress.
We keep it fun with the use of props. Props can be used to bring both a challenge and support to body weight through the workouts.

This class will bring a multitude of benefits. A little challenge feels worth it when you get to lie back with our peaceful 15-minute Meditation/ Relaxation recovery at the end of each class.

This is a 1-hour class. A 45-minute workout with 15 minutes deep relaxation to set you up on a calm path for the rest of your week.
